Wir haben uns fuer das Tasting Menu entschieden, welches 8 Gaenge enthaelt. Es gab
- Seared Yellowtail Jack, Seaweed and Sesame Vinaigrette
- Maine Lobster, Bacon Panna Cotta and Tomato Gelée
- Smoked Sockeye Salmon, Tapioca, Apple and Tsar Nicoulai Caviar
- Housemade Potato Gnocchi, Braised Guinea Hen,
Chanterelle Mushrooms and Roasted Grapes - Liberty Farms Duck Breast, Blackberries, Foie Gras Ice Cream and Pistachios
- Prather Ranch Lamb, Fava Beans, Fennel and Niçoise Olive Jus
- Mt. Tam, Peaches, Marcona Almonds and Celery Confit
- Tahitian Vanilla Crème Caramel, Turkish Figs and Toasted Pinenuts
Alles war sehr gut, allerdings die Foie Gras Ice Cream (Lebereis) war sehr merkwuerdig.
